"Just In Case" How many times do we use that phrase? For good for bad, or simply Just In Case?
Here is our new short video, we have been very busy but it was about time and after much request we got our heads down and got filming. We had an idea of the visual effects we wanted to do, so we wrote down a brief and off we went. A lot changed during filming and it was mostly off the cuff, idea's flying in from everywhere, but remembering how it will look and how the effects will turn out, so a lot to consider. The weather held up with the Sun was shining, we spent a good 4 hours filming. For the first time we tried to use "stage blood" and mix it up with the powder blood we use for effects, so were still trying to find new ways to add realism. We also tried a few new effects which worked really well, and we made all the sound effects apart from the gunshots in house. We really wanted to make a few "one shot's" where you have a constant flow of filming rather than going from scene to scene, we managed that quite well in the gunfights we think, it makes the shot look so much better, and using the FlyCam 5000, so much smoother. Camera's used again were Canon 550D & 7D, we are hoping to make a squeal to this soon, the idea's a flooding in! Thanks for watching.
