I never heard of a Chimichurri Salad 🤔
Welcome to Cooking Conversations . We stumbled up on this new restaurant called The Stand it's American classics redefined so traditional American food but with their spin on it. Hubby tried the chimichurri steak salad which was amazing, very fresh, well seasoned the chimichurri sauce was perfect the steak was tender, all the flavors went well together he gave it a 10, he wanted to eat it every day for lunch. I had the the grilled cheese brisket which was really really good the brisket was tender the sourdough bread was delicious with the parmesan cheese on it. It had crispy onion rings on it which added up just enough crunch everything was well seasoned the only thing is I would put the bacon jam on the side next time. I like bacon Jam but it was a teeny bit sweet for my liking but it was definitely a do-over and it's a huge sandwich you get two halves I only ate one half and I ate the other half later. So this was definitely a win I give it a nine all the way. Thanks for watching.
