Joseph Roy Metheny is a serial killer who committed many murders between 1976-1995.
He usually killed his victims by stabbing or strangling them, regardless of gender.
He would commit murders. He usually did not leave the people he killed where he killed them.
He would take it to his place and take care of it there.
He mostly viewed humans as an unlimited source of meat.
After taking the meat of the people he killed, he would boil their bones and give them to stray dogs.

On December 15, 1996, after one of his victims managed to escape by jumping the fence.
He went to the police and told everything that happened. As a result of an extensive investigation, he followed the person he was going to kill next.
He was caught while doing so. He was sentenced to death. On July 24, 2000, he was sentenced to life imprisonment.
In fact, in several PC games, characters were drawn using this man's likeness.
