Nintendo Wii emulators with cover mod
Cover mod for nes, snes, gameboy and sega consoles.
Emulators used:
FCE ULTRA GX
SNES9X GX
VBA GX
GENPLUS GX
Search for cover mod with these emulators. Had problems with snes9x freezing when using over 1000 roms and covers so deleted some sports games to keep them under 1k. Don't update emulators after installing cover mod as this will remove the mod and covers.

Also you can use the nes mini controller on the nes emulator if you change the controller to classic and the buttons to A and B
