In this video I take a look at Heptode's free Deep Crunch VST plugin.
Heptode produces hardware amps and pedals, and made VST plugins of two of their pedals.
Deep Crunch is inspired by famous Soldano SLO100's crunch channel, used by countless musicians throughout the years since its appearance.
The plugin hosts controls similar to that of an amplifier, with knobs for EQ section (lo, mid and hi), Gain and Level. It also features a switch for the cab sim, in case you want the preamp section but prefer to go with a different impulse response.
