This is a short review, honest opinion and presentation of the Xiaomi Smart Scale Mi Body Composition Scale 2.
One of my favorite cheap gadgets, I love that it also helps by giving an educated guess on your current health level and fitness level.
Alongside the Mi Smart Band 4 (video here: • Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 4 Review - The Best B... ) this is a pretty cheap and durable setup on monitoring health/fitness goals and the progress made towards them.
