Why You're NOT Crafting Legendary Weapons in Bannerlord
Folks on Discord were discussing an issue with not being able to craft Legendary weapons. Multiple people trying hundreds of times and statically, they should have made at least one.
I look at the code to see what's causing the issue. Is it a bug? Is it intended?
