Cross-Compile a Hello World Linux Kernel Module for ARM64

We already have cross-compiled an userspace application, so today let's do it with a Hello World Linux Kernel Module. I will compile it for my OK6254 Board, I got from Forlinx. On the board I have a Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A53 processor.
