Worst Neuvillette Build?
Neuville is the best new hydro onfield DPS character, but if you are a F2P player and without any preparation, this character looks like an ordinary character. It's very difficult as a F2P player with limited primogem and running out of resin because of other character builds. This is different from YouTubers who have sponsors or receive donations from their viewers. For the sake of taking this character I will probably skip taking Furina......very sad
