In this video, Kokobear will only discuss which 4-star characters are worth investing in, including their level, talents, artifacts, and weapons. The reason Kokobear will only cover 4-star characters in this video is because when you start, you'll have a large number of 4-star characters. And don't be mistaken, even 4-star characters can have almost the same power as 5-star characters because 4-star characters are easier to max out in their constellations. However, if you do get a 5-star character, most of them are definitely worth investing in. A disclaimer: the characters Kokobear explains are based purely on my experience and knowledge gained from playing Genshin Impact from day one until now.
The characters are divided into four classes: bronze, silver, gold, and diamond, which Kokobear will explain in more detail in this video. So, without further ado, let's get into it.
Bronze:
Characters who aren't excellent in damage, support, or off-field. They're not useful in the end game. They don't need to be invested in at all.

Geo Traveler - Geo Sub DPS

Silver:
This character is only suitable for use at the beginning if you don't have a Diamond or Gold character. You can still invest a little in level and talent until you have a Diamond or Gold character or a 5-star character with the same role.

Ningguang - Main Geo DPS
Kaeya - Cryo Sub DPS
Noelle - Main Geo DPS
Xinyan - Pyro Support Shield

Gold:
This character has strengths close to a 5-star character, but with its drawbacks. This Gold character is still influential, and when you already have a 5-star character with the same role, this Gold character is usually rested. Invest ARTIFACTS in these characters, and if you get a 5-star character that replaces their role, the artifact can be transferred. Maximum level is 80, with maximum talent at lvl 8.
