In this video tutorial, I have explained how to add a downloadable file to a WordPress site. By adding a downloadable file your website visitors can download that particular file into their devices.
Below are the steps involved to learn to add the downloadable file:-
Step 1: Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Media and click on Add New.
Step 3: Click on Select Files.
Step 4: Go to the page where you want to add the file and select the place to add on the page.
Step 5: Click on the plus + icon on the page.
Step 6: Click on the link icon.
Step 7: Copy the file link from the WordPress dashboard and paste in the link icon.
Step 8: Give the name to your downloadable file and save the changes.
Once you save and publish the page your file will be available to download for website visitors.
