Enhancing Oracle APEX Gantt Charts - Drag and Drop Task-Management
Demonstration on how to enable the ability for end-users in APEX to drag and drop (or resize) a task on a Gantt chart to a new start/end date. This takes advantage of the Oracle Jet Toolkit and events such as ojMove and ojResize for the built in Gantt chart in APEX. We will also look at how to take these changes from the client and send them to the server using an AJAX call and APEX Javascript APIs.
