We select knitting needles according to the thickness of the thread: the knitting needle should be almost twice as thick as the thread. To determine the thickness of the knitting needles for our knitting, we need to fold our thread in half and twist it slightly - the thickness of the twisted thread should be equal to the diameter of our knitting needle.
