MY STUPID RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
1. NEVER GIVE UP!!!
2. If you get burned out, take a break
3. Post Good content that gets better all the time
4. Post a real video once per week
5. Post shorts daily to several times per week
6. Try to keep your shorts related to your content unless..
7. Shorts of life – good, bad ugly, funny stuff, animals, babies, etc
8. Do not steal content from others – you will be surprised how many will let you if you ask
9. If you do reaction videos, link the original video source – put it in the video, why not?
10. Create a Niche that is yours or, have multiple niches or Channels to keep it simple
11. Explore other ways to make money – affiliate marketing, sponsorships, paid request, patreon, paypal, memberships, private consultation, merchandise, etc.
12. Get to 1000 Subs and keep climbing that later of success
13. Create a Community and ask them what they want to see more or take request
14. Give away something every once in a while
15. Always check the Analytics of your channel, videos, traffic source, age group, etc. Everything you need is there. If retention time drops, cut that video. LOL
16. Look at the best channel in YOUR Niche are and study them, emulate them but, DO NOT copy them for many reasons. You need to be us.
