Microsoft Access - New SQL View Option
We now have a new option to open a query directly in SQL View, rather than the old way of first opening it in Design View and then switching to SQL View.
Also note, that we also have a new VBA View argument, acViewSql, available to us when using the DoCmd.OpenQuery method. Sadly, the documentation, see the 2 links provided below, has yet to be updated to reflect this latest addition.

Furthermore, this latest enhancement, like many before it, has gone without being published in the release notes, Access blog and/or Access Roadmap! Thus, I'm not 100% sure under what build it was released.
*** Update - I did a little quick testing, rolling back my installation build by build, and discovered it was released as part of Version 2311 (Build 17029.20068) on the Current Channel which was released November 29, 2023.
