We can used only file *.appv (without installer MS Paint.net) :
0) start sequencer with option add-ins, go to Performing capturing plugins...
1) mkdir "%programFiles%\paint.net\Effects"
2) copy *.dll to recent folder
3) i am done capturing
4) Enable COM
5) Add-AppvClientConenctionGroup ...
i'ts done
