The semiconductor industry is one of the most important and fastest-growing spaces in the modern economy. With the ongoing chip shortage, these companies have massive demand and great margins. Yet, one of the most profitable and iconic semiconductor stocks is trading at a pe ratio of just 10. This is while nearly all its peers, trade at very high multiples. INTC Stock has a strong market position with growing free cash flow, dividends, and consistent share buybacks. The pessimism around Intel stems from strong competition causing Intel to lose market share and the previous management’s lack of focus on innovation. However, their new CEO Pat Gelsinger is an engineering-focused super nerd with a vision to bring Intel back to dominance. In this video, I’m going to provide a comprehensive overview of Intel’s business and explain why I think it’s a great value to add to your long-term dividend stock portfolio.
