I biked 100 miles across the state of Michigan with ZERO training, and brought my mom along for the ride. Neither of us are endurance athletes, though she was much more prepared for this ride than I was. After a couple missed turns, our ride came in at 107 miles where we ended at the lighthouse in Ludington, Michigan!
