CMOS Checksum Error Fix | Pisonet Troubleshooting
In this video I will show you how easy to fix CMOS Checksum Error.
The CMOS battery is shiny and round. It looks like a button or coin, and it's usually placed within a small holding socket. Remove the CMOS battery - it slides out of the socket just like the batteries in your battery-operated toys.
If the errors continous refer to other CMOS Checksum Errors fix:
1. Restart the computer. A normal restart usually creates a new checksum and eliminates the error.
2. Download and flash a BIOS update. Download the update from the motherboard manufacturer's website.
3. Reset the BIOS.
4. Replace the CMOS battery.
5. Consult a technician or computer repair expert.
