I Am Setsuna (PS4): How to get the 'Refined Snack' recipe
Dumpling Eggplant = Hymncott Island
Golden Pepper = Klimmloch Island
Rainbow Nut = Isle of Misfits
Sunny Bell Pepper = Turbulus Island
You need to have the Airship to get the ingredients. Once you obtain all the necessary ingredients, talk to the person in the Nameless Village for the recipe. Give it to a chef to cook it.
