Farm Girl's Beach Day exercise and adventure!

Farm Girl and the whole fam damily enjoyed a beautiful beach adventure replete with exercise and ghost crab hunting! There were lots push-ups, leg-lifts and more. The ocean was beautiful and the surf was nice. Lots of sun and fun. We made our way to small barrier island in our small alumacraft aluminum boat with its 40 HP Mercury motor. Great family fun!
