Affinity Designer is my favorite software for pattern design! This minimalist floral pattern is part of our Portfolio Club brief for my Patreon. We are working together on our digital portfolios so that we can successfully apply for jobs in pattern design and kidlit industry. Each month I am sending my Patreons 2 creative briefs for the portfolio with a task. I give them the WHAT and they do the HOW (they create in their own style following my brief).
Portfolio Club originates from my success story - I build myself a strong portfolio and within 4 weeks I got agency representation (with Advocate Art) and I connected with a big fabrics company for a possible big pattern design project (to be announced soon on my social media).
