The "you're beautiful" mantra was just supposed to be one line I was supposed to whisper while I had company nearby and I couldn't get one good, chirpy line because I didn't want to be heard. I found it funnier thinking that MTT just chants praises at his own reflection so I put them all in there.
I've had the most difficulty with this comic out of the entire bunch of Undertale comics I dubbed. So many different keyframes and layers. Almost came close to the effort editing any of the individual pages I did for the Never Satisfied dub (look at it, and you'll see why it's true).
But with that, it's also the best edited video of the bunch too, and despite the rough appearance due to the brown physical paper, it's my favorite too.
I've also had the chance to speak with spectrumelf, who is a treat of a human and in my opinion, is the best depictor of what I like to think of Mettaton as: a hopelessly vain and fabulously gay robot with zero self-awareness or a shred of dignity (If you're reading this Spec, don't tell the others you're my favorite♥).
I'd love to dub more of Spec's Prisoner 0915 Mettaton AU comic, and I haven't been more stoked about someone's art style in a comic since Ohcorny's Never Satisfied release about 2-3 years ago.
