May mắn là có một vài bước phòng ngừa tuy đơn giản nhưng thiết yếu mà bạn có thể thực hiện khi quay trở lại làm việc.
1. Tuân thủ các chính sách sức khỏe và an toàn ở nơi làm việc

Fortunately, there are some essential, yet simple, protective steps you can take as you return to work.
1. Comply with workplace health and safety policies
2. Be sure to regularly you and your family's health for COVID-19 symptoms
3. Avoid sharing personal items, such as phones, pens, or staplers

5. When coughing or sneezing, keep your mask on
6. Always wash and sanitize hands before and leaving work
7. Maintain space between you and others to limit your risk
