The RCNi Nurse Award for Nursing support worker rewards individuals and teams working in a healthcare support role such as healthcare assistants, nursing associates and assistant practitioners who work under the guidance of a registered nurse, health visitor or midwife. It recognises the significant contribution they make to patient care and experience.
