BMR x (your ratio from chart)= Total Calories
Total Calories
subtract- 500 for weight loss
subtract- 730 for isagenix products and snacks
= NEW TOTAL CALORIES
Divide that by 2
So, 1200 calories is 600. Lunch 600 cal, Dinner 600.
