You can change Android app icons quickly using your launcher’s built-in feature or a third-party launcher with icon packs.

Step 1: Using the Built-in Launcher (if supported)
Long-press the app icon on your home screen.
Tap “Edit” or the pencil icon that appears.
Select “Icon” or “Change icon” and choose a new icon from the available options.

Tap “Done” or “Apply” to save the change.
Note: Not all Android phones support changing icons via the default launcher. Brands like Samsung (One UI), Xiaomi (MIUI), and Oppo may have built-in settings for icon customization.

Step 2: Using a Third-Party Launcher
Install a launcher like Nova Launcher, Action Launcher, or Microsoft Launcher from the Google Play Store.

Set it as your default home launcher.
Long-press any app icon, then select “Edit”.
Tap the icon image to choose from built-in icons, downloaded icon packs, or custom images from your gallery.

Step 3: Using an Icon Pack
Download an icon pack from the Google Play Store.
Apply it via your launcher settings.

For Nova Launcher: Open Nova Settings → Look & Feel → Icon Style → Icon Theme → Select your icon pack.

The icon pack will automatically replace compatible app icons across your home screen.
