Episode - 10 Connection Catalog categories and Knowledge articles in ServiceNow
Question came from the community where they wanted to have a widget on the Service Portal Service catalog page. So when the user selected a category in the Service Catalog they also would seen Knowledge articles that was connected to that category.
So I made this PoC to show how you quick and easy can setup this functionality.
UPDATED Also added to my code so that when you click it opens up in a new tab instead of the current tab. That code can also be found in the GitHub link below.
