Search for Datto Appliance “Weekly Backup Report” and “Critical Error”. (Video)
These tickets provide reports of the past week’s backup activity and any Critical Errors which occurred to include technician notes and resolution.
In the left pane Search By, Summary Copy/paste “Weekly Backup Report” or “Critical Error” into the Summary field.
Under Status uncheck both “open” and “closed”.
Select the “Search” button.
Related tickets will be displayed in descending order in the Tickets pane on the right.
Open any ticket to view details, technician notes and/or resolutions.
