The wound of humiliation in transgenerational transmission: From shame to self-esteem
A grandfather humiliated for his beliefs, a mother humiliated in her femininity, a child belittled at school...
We all have stories, more or less, that can still rekindle this shame today.
How can we heal from this wound?
The first step is to explore this emotional wound and how it has been passed down through generations within the family. Participants in this live session will explore the concepts of the wound of humiliation and how this wound can have transgenerational origins.
The live session is structured in two parts. First, a half-hour presentation will cover the main theme, exploring the concepts mentioned and sharing knowledge about how these wounds can affect each individual and manifest in their lives.
This will be followed by a Q&A session where participants have the opportunity to ask questions and share their personal experiences.
This allows not only for an exchange of information, but also for a deeper exploration of the topics covered and more direct application to the participants' lives.
These concepts are presented for approximately 30 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
