How to use or insert comments in a document | To Add Comments And Feedback To Word Document
To insert comments in a Word document, follow these steps:
Select the text that you want to comment on.
Click on the "Review" tab in the top menu bar.
Click on the "New Comment" button in the "Comments" section.
Type your comment in the comment box that appears on the right side of the screen.
Click outside of the comment box to close it.
Your comment will be displayed in a balloon on the right side of the page, with a line pointing to the text you selected. You can continue to add comments to other parts of the document by repeating these steps.
To view and respond to comments, click on the "Review" tab and use the "Previous" and "Next" buttons to navigate between comments. To delete a comment, select it and click on the "Delete" button in the "Comments" section.
