FOR 2 SERVINGS
Toast bread - 4 slices;
Sausage/ham - 4 slices;
Cheese - 4 slices (grated 70g is also possible);
Butter - 60g;
Milk - 200 ml;
Flour - 1 tbsp;
Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp;
• Egg - 1

PREPAIR

1. Toast the bread, spread it with butter and optional mustard or mayonnaise. Place half in a baking dish.
2. Top the bread with sausage or ham, then cheese. Cover with a second slice of bread and add more cheese.
3. For the béchamel sauce, melt a knob of butter (40g), add flour, and whisk quickly. When the mixture is smooth, pour in the milk and whisk quickly without stopping. When the mixture begins to set and thicken, remove from heat.
4. Pour the sauce over the sandwiches. Be sure to moisten the edges of the bread with the sauce to prevent it from drying out. Bake at 200g (400g) for 20 minutes.
5. Fry an egg, making sure the yolk remains runny, and place it on top of one of the sandwiches. This will be a Croque Madame in a Hat, without the Croque Monsieur.

My perfect dumpling dough. With boiling water.

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 egg
1 small cup boiling water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
0.5 teaspoon salt

So, I sift all the flour into a bowl. I use a 250 ml cup, making sure it's level. I make a small well in the flour, add the egg, salt, and oil. Stir gently. Then I add boiling water and mix everything with a spoon, quickly gathering it into a ball! Boiling water, of course! Don't wait for it to cool a bit))) I add less than a full glass of water, about 230 ml. Then I knead it by hand, but be careful, the dough is hot!

Ingredients:
For the dough:
Flour - 500 g
Salt - 1 tsp
Ice water - 250 ml
For the filling:
Beef - 250 g
Pork - 250 g
Ice water - 450 ml
Onion - 1 pc
Garlic - 3 cloves
Cilantro - bunch
Salt ~ 1 tsp
Black pepper - 0.5 tsp

Serve all this deliciousness with tomato sauce or sour cream, and of course, don't forget the herbs!
The result? Wow! The meat melts in your mouth, the dough is tender, and the broth... you could drink it yourself!
