Welcome to Meink WinLab! In this tutorial, I will show you the complete process of building a custom 2-in-1 Windows ISO. This AIO (All-In-One) installer includes both Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 21H2 and Windows 11 Pro, complete with all your favorite pre-installed software. This method will save you countless hours when deploying Windows across multiple machines.

⚠️ CRITICAL DISCLAIMER - READ BEFORE PROCEEDING ⚠️
This tutorial involves advanced system modifications, partition management, and the use of deployment tools like Sysprep and WIM capture.

DATA LOSS RISK: Modifying partitions and using disk imaging commands can result in PERMANENT DATA LOSS if done incorrectly. Always back up your important files before attempting this.

USE VIRTUAL MACHINES: It is strictly recommended to perform the image creation and Sysprep steps inside a Virtual Machine (like VMware) to safely isolate the process from your main physical drive.

AT YOUR OWN RISK: The methods demonstrated in this video are for educational purposes. I am not responsible for any corrupted operating systems, bricked partitions, or lost data that may occur from following this guide. Proceed with caution and double-check every command before hitting Enter.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide
Phase 1: Preparation & Virtual Machine Setup

Install VMware Workstation Pro and create a new virtual machine.

Mount your standard Windows 11 Pro (or Windows 10 IoT LTSC 21H2) ISO and proceed with a normal installation.

During the initial setup screen, press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt and create a quick local account to bypass network requirements.

Phase 2: Software Installation & Sysprep

Install VMware Tools and enable a "Shared Folder" to easily transfer your desired applications from your host PC.

Install all the software you want to be pre-packaged in your custom Windows build.

Clean up any temporary files, redundant installation folders, and copy necessary shortcuts to the Public Desktop.

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep, run the tool, check the Generalize box, and set the shutdown option to Shut down.

Phase 3: Capturing the Custom WIM Image

Boot the Virtual Machine into a Windows Recovery Environment (using the Windows Setup ISO boot menu).

Open Command Prompt and use the dism command to capture your modified C: drive into a new install.wim file, saving it to a separate data partition.
Note: Repeat Phases 1-3 for the second operating system so you have two separate custom .wim files.

Phase 4: Merging WIM Files & Building the ISO

Transfer both custom install.wim files to your physical host machine.

Open WinAIO Maker Professional and merge the Windows 10 .wim with the Windows 11 .wim to combine both editions into a single file.

Use AnyBurn to open your original Windows 10 IoT LTSC ISO. Delete the default install.wim from the sources folder and replace it with your newly merged custom install.wim.

Click Save to generate the final custom ISO file.

Phase 5: Deployment
Copy the final custom ISO to a Ventoy USB/External drive (or flash it using Rufus) and install it on any physical machine. All your pre-installed software will be ready to use immediately after installation!
