Future warehouse with SAP EWM.
This is the story about how Westernacher Consulting successfully implemented a future warehouse for the John Keells Group, the largest conglomerate in Sri Lanka, that has been using SAP since 2007 and now decided to move to SAP EWM. Westernacher helped to adapt, for example:
• stock count process
• site account
• picking and replenishment
The implementation of a standard solution in their warehouses gave them the long-term strategic flexibility to meet the future requirements for their upcoming state-of-the-art warehouse. Westernacher also implemented We scan |UI5 EWM instead of old-style RF devices for manual data entry. RF processes are more efficient for the warehouse operation now.
