Quick CREAMY Noodles in TWO Steps
This fettuccine Alfredo is so creamy and it's ready in 6 minute.
As soon as the noodles are ready so is the sauce.
Ingredients:
*300g fettuccine noodles cook according to instructions
*100g pancetta/bacon
*50g butter
*2 cloves of garlic
*300ml heavy cream
*100g cheese i took Gouda
*50g Parmigiano Reggiano
Save the noodle water you c an use it if the sauce is too thick( I did not need it)
The longer you cook it the thicker it becomes.
