The jack is equipped with an internal collet with a wide working range for the prestressed bar and an extremely long service life thanks to the jack's unique design. The jack has a working stroke of 200 mm and is used for tensioning wire, periodic reinforcement, and steel strands with a force of up to 160 kN and a maximum diameter of 18 mm.
Due to its mobility, ease of use, and tensioning speed, this station, complete with jack, is widely used in plants specializing in the production of prestressed products in molds, where rapid movement between molds, high precision, and high-speed tensioning are required. For example: Prestressed road slabs, power line poles, floor slabs, and other products.
