To get started, open the Telegram app and go to the group or channel where you want to create the poll. Note that you’ll need to be an admin to post a poll in groups or channels that restrict posting permissions. Once you're inside the group, tap the paperclip or pin icon next to the message box to open the menu of message options.
From the menu that appears, tap on Poll. You’ll now be taken to a screen where you can type your poll question and add multiple answer options.
