In this video, I explain that It's never good to be panicking, and in Project Zomboid panic makes your vision more narrow and it reduces combat capabilities! However, the state can be easily fixed by using beta blockers or with a bottle of alcohol. Over time panic will become less common as your character becomes acclimated to the zombies. Every day you will recover slightly faster from panic than the day before up to a maximum of 150 days.
