Single Color Lightsaber Blade Mod
This video shows how to modify your Galaxy's Edge lightsaber blade to always be a single color no matter which hilt it's been plugged into. This mod will preserve the ignition and extinguish animations, however the color flash when there's a clash effect will no longer happen.
The general approach is to remove all three color transistors then connect the source and drain pads for the transistor that controls the color you want the blade to be. This wires the cathode of all the LEDs of that color to ground so that they will always turn on whenever they are powered from one of the blade segment transistors.
If you do perform this mod, save those transistors! You'll be able to reverse this mod later on by removing the source to drain bridge and reinstalling the transistors.
