How To: Cut A Perfectly Round Tortilla Press Liner
We learned this hack for cutting parchment into a perfect circle from @turshen. She suggested it for cake pans, but we make more tortillas than cakes around here and found it works great to keep masa from sticking to your press. Although we typically like a thin plastic liner like the ones that come with our Doña Rosa Tortilla Press, parchment is great in a pinch.
