Escaping Bangkok & riding towards Malaysia! | 18 Hour Train, 2nd Class Sleeper, Thailand Vlog 2021

It’s been a hot hot minute, but we are back in Asia to escape the antics of Europe… If you’re thinking of going back to Europe swerve it until things brighten up!
Having left Asia last year, we were itching for a little holiday and a trip from all the lockdowns we had been having in Europe! Essentially it sucked!
With some of the areas in the North Thailand going into dark red zone, we journeyed south to escape the manic city of Bangkok, with many trains being taken out of service we rode the only train running towards Sungai Kolok on the border of Malaysia. We plan on laying low in the biggest city in the South until things get better.
From experience your best bet is to get out of the eye of the storm and head to a big enough city with good accommodation, plenty of food options and numbers that aren't likely to increase. The city we headed to is the third biggest in Thailand...
Giulia gets to grip with her biggest fear as she returns to Asia for something that was non-existent. Lovely little service IMO!
