Use MS Project to Update, Track, Revise and Recover Schedules in MS Project for Beginners Lesson #8
In this video I review how to update, track, revise and recover your project schedule using MS Project. Utilization of the work usage screen for customizing work hours during a recovery is also discussed in detail. I also quickly review some of the basics such as adding resources and cost to a schedule.
