Summary of my few learnings from the book "AliBaba":
1) You will fail in life and business initially but you will find new ideas on the way if you keep looking!
2) Customer 1st, Employees 2nd, Investors 3rd. I would prefer Employees 1st but it's ok :)
3) Embrace the power of giving as much as you can and as low as free!
4) Have a big vision and follow it!
5) Be humble and real!
6) People skills and Work Culture - Very critical to build an empire!
