Revolver-type hunting rifle💥
At the end of the last century, government officials adopted a weapon called the OTs-20 "Gnome"—a 12.5x40 caliber smoothbore revolver. The weapon boasted high penetrating power: a successful hit could disable a car or penetrate a bulletproof vest when fired at close range with a bullet cartridge.
However, due to financial constraints, production of the "Gnome" was at risk of being shut down, so TsKIB, in order to preserve its development, decided to produce a civilian version of the weapon. A classic revolver was unsuitable for this role due to legal restrictions, so in 1993, the first prototype of the MTs-255 shotgun in .32 caliber was released.
