So I didn't want to leave the house after my friends left on Saturday and I just cried a lot. This hadn't happened to me for a long time and I realised that I only feel this kind of sadness after social events. The only way I can describe it is like post social life depression (?) if that is even a thing. As soon as the noise stops and i'm completely alone I feel extremely low. I hate it so much. But I have to find ways of coping and I hope this video of me turning a bad day into a good one helps someone else. I don't think I've met anyone who can relate yet.
Mum says I should get a dog.
