Sermon by Metropolitan Eulogius on the Second Sunday After Pentecost 06/21/2020
On June 21, 2020, on the second Sunday after Pentecost, Metropolitan of Sumy and Okhtyrsky Evologiy led the Divine Liturgy in the Savior-Transfiguration Cathedral of Sumy in honor of the memory of all the saints of the Rus' land, which is celebrated on this day.
In his sermon, the Sumy Archpastor paid special attention to the participation of man in the work of salvation, directing his will to unite with the will of God, as a result of which holiness becomes accessible to man.
During the service, special prayers were offered for doctors who celebrate their professional holiday on this day.
The Sumy Archpastor also offered a prayer of the holiday and blessed all the worshipers of the cathedral with the icon of the saints of the Rus' land.
