How to Bulk Edit Shopify Products, Orders and Customers from Google Sheets
Update your Shopify store in bulk from a Google Sheet — products, variants, images, orders and customers — using eCommix two-way sync.
This is a full walkthrough, starting from a spreadsheet you've just configured and ending with a live store update. It covers the first export and why it matters, how the sync mechanism works, and the Google Sheets add-on that lets you run everything without leaving your spreadsheet. Then the actual work: editing and creating products, variants and images, adding tracking numbers in bulk to orders, and updating customer profiles and tags.
THE BASIC RULES
• Export first — it builds the structure the import depends on
• Edit the values, not the structure: don't rename headers, delete the Id column, or insert columns between existing ones
• An Id filled in means update, an Id left empty means create, a cleared field means delete
• Validate before importing — it's a dry run showing exactly what will happen before anything reaches your store

Products — create, update and delete, across products, variants and images
Orders — update only. Tags, note, email, phone, shipping address and fulfillment tracking. Line items and totals are read-only
Customers — create, update and delete on profile fields, tags, consent and the default address
