Find and Redact:
In this video, enjoy learning about the “Find and Redaction” feature CaseGuard has to offer for document redaction.
Select the Find and Redact icon to access its panel
Search a word to find and use the arrows to navigate and see each occurrence
You can redact each occurrence one by one or all at once
You can add a reason why you are redacting this information, which will appear on your CaseGuard reports
Apply your redactions, export, and see your final results!
Notable Tips!
Color Coding feature: Categorize all your redactions by applying a color to each type of redaction
Redaction Reason: Apply a redaction to any and all redactions.
Specifying Search: You can select to search using “Case Sensitive” or “Whole Words Only”.
Removing Redactions: The panel gives you the option to remove redactions one by one using the pencil icon or by selecting the “Delete All” option.
