3D FLIM z-stack of Daisy pollen acquired with a Nikon A1 and a FLIM & FCS Upgrade Kit from PicoQuant and the NIS-Elements FLIM software control plug-in. The z-stack (67 µm x 67 µm x 900 nm) consists of 27 individual images (512x512 pixel). Excitation: 485 nm, 40 MHz repetition rate. Detection: 500 nm - 540 nm. Fluorescence lifetime display from 1 ns (blue) to 2 ns (red).
