R, RStudio, RMarkdown Setup for Dept. of Statistics at the University of Manitoba (macOS)
In this video, we download and install R, RStudio, and RMarkdown on a MacOS computer. The links used are given below:

When installing tinytex, we typed the following line of code into our console:
tinytex::install_tinytex()
If you have trouble getting these files installed, please come to the Help Centre in 311 Machray Hall. Hours can be found on your course syllabus.
NOTE: Your OS must be 10.15 (Catalina) or newer. If your MacOS version is below this, you will have to upgrade to at least 10.15 -- see this link: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT211683.
To check your version number: click the Apple logo in the top-right, select "About this mac", and check the version number on the popup
